Role: Technology Lead – Java/Webservices (Interview on 19th August) Duration: Full Time Location: Minneapolis, MN

Qualifications Basic

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4+years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred

• At least 4 years of experience in Core JAVA, J2EE, Spring skills.
• At least 4 years of experience in web programming using HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS in application development, maintenance and testing.
• Knowledge of languages like Perl Scripting , JQuery, ASP, AJAX , FLASH etc. would be an added advantage
• At least 3 year of Web 2.0 tools for development and testing
• Knowledge of integration with databases like MySQL, Oracle, DB2.
• Knowledge on development and source control tools such as Maven and GIT.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle. Prior work experience in Agile methodology desirable.
• Strong Analytical skills
• At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements and technical designs.
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Experience working with offshore/onshore resources
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Domain knowledge of Brokerage/Banking/Financial Services
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
