Job description
DGH is actively seeking locum physicians to provide coverage for inpatients during a period of active recruitment.
Compensation for this site is currently under review and will be updated once confirmed.
Travel expenses, including kilometrage, per diems, accommodations (up to $300 per night), and airfare (up to $1,500), are reimbursed, along with travel time up to 10 hours per week. Licensing fees for CPSNS are covered, and locum physicians may claim Facility On Call fees under specific conditions.
- All applicants must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS)
- Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
