IT Operations Expert - Applications (ERP/MES)

• 2nd level support through the company internal ticketing system
• Assure Corporate Standard Systems and applications functionality and predictability
• Responsible for applications uptime and system integrity, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance analysis for applications
• Manages solution implementations for addition, modification, or removal of applications and/or system components
• Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management according to LEONI standard

• Proficient English speaking and writing skills (80%)
• Bachelor’s degree of Information System Management or related
• Knowledge of ERP and MES Systems
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Understanding of Business and IT Processes within production environment
