Position : Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant
Position type : Fulltime/Perm
Location : City / Township / Village : ANY CITY
Travel Required: Up to 75% or 4 days a week (home on weekends -
based on project requirements)
Required Education : Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical and Professional Experience
-In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to interact
directly with clients. As such, travel to client sites may be
required, up to 4 days per week. Preferred candidates will live
within a 50 mile radius of a major airport.

- At least 2 years experience in IT / Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP) implementation - At least 2 years experience in business processes including
analysis and requirements gathering - At least 2 years experience in Human Capital Management (HCM)
/ Human Resources - At least 2 years experience in deploying HCM SaaS software
solutions (i.e., Workday, SuccessFactors, etc) - Certified in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and in
Compensation or Benefits - Anticipating certification in Workday Human Capital Management
(HCM) and in Compensation or Benefits within 30 days
-In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to interact
directly with clients. As such, travel to client sites may be
required, up to 4 days per week. Preferred candidates will live
