CC Technician- Welder

• To act as first line of support on in-house and field service by delivering a high quality and complete technical solution to all internal and external clients of Bestank Manufacturing Corporation.
• Responsible for in-house and field service troubleshooting/assessment and repair of all Bestank company tank items in-house or in field.
• Identifies the specific information and parts needed to clarify the problem and identify the appropriate solution.
• Completely accomplish findings reports and other required forms for processing including gathering of necessary assessment photos and measurements.
• Ad hoc tasks may be assigned.

Essential:

• Technical course graduate (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
• Communication skills must include Tagalog and English at technical level.
• With experience on various welding technologies (primarily TIG-welding, secondary SMAW welding and plasma cutting.)
• Capable of driving clutch type company motorcycle with corresponding valid driver's license.
• Capable of handling all tasks related to the job on time, complete and accurate.
• Familiar with typical industrial health and safety procedures.

Desirable:

• TESDA Graduate for NCII (SMAW/TIG)
• Previous experience in servicing tanks and knowledge of motor and/or pump operations.
• Capable of driving 4-wheel company vehicle with corresponding valid driver's license for future growth/expansion or as needed from time to time.
• Capable of handling and completing more work than assigned tasks exceeding quality standards.
• Usually shows above interest on work.
