Job description

Senior Client Service Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining good relations with our clients. This position will report directly to customer service managers in Germany and work with local operations laboratory manager 

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare testing sample quotations
  • Maintain testing submission data in system.
  • Create test project summaries and upload them to client platform
  • Test report dispatch (e.g review, update)
  • Verify documentation to proceed orders (e.g. quotations, invoices, reports, and declarations etc).
  • Coordinate laboratory method requests, document the process, and update approved methods.

 

  • Degree in science major in food chemistry is a plus
  • 4 -5  years of relevant experience in commercials laboratory industry (e.g. food contact materials/ toys/E&E products)
  • Strong customer communication skills
  • Ability to handle complex regulatory and technical topics
  • Structured, solution‑oriented, reliable team player
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
