Job Responsibilities
- Develop and enlarge the sales pipeline based on new clients, new market and new product.
- Maintain existing clients with smooth communication and efficient supporting.
- Achieve the annual targets for the team and for himself/herself.
- Develop sales / marketing strategies and execute the plans.
- Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences.
- Networking with peers in order to generate new business for the company.
- Weekly / monthly reporting on sales and key account performance against budget and reporting on variances.
- Associate with group / local marketing team by participating exhibitions, seminars, forums, workshops, etc.,
- Assist with preparation of technical and commercial proposals during tendering stage.
- Handle clients’ inquiries and complaints with professional manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 1-3 years related working experience in TIC industry for Softline or hardline or electrical products .
- Knowledge of the international quality and safety standards for the testing of Softline or hardline or electrical products.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Adaption of frequent short-term travel national wide.
