We are hiring a Director of Emergency Services to lead a 15-bed ER within a 65-bed community hospital in Marion, NC. The department sees 26,000 annual visits, with a high-acuity patient mix and strong team engagement.

  • $78,894 – $140,000/year

  • Incentive bonus up to 17.5%
