Overview

Looking to start or advance your career in respiratory therapy? We are hiring Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) and Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRTs) to join a supportive team in Sebring, FL. This full-time night shift position is ideal for new graduates and entry-level CRTs, as well as experienced RRTs seeking a stable role with excellent pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients’ respiratory needs, including breath sounds, airway status, and cuff pressures.

  • Deliver oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy.

  • Assist with airway management and monitor mechanical ventilation.

  • Respond quickly to emergencies, ensuring airway integrity and supporting resuscitation.

  • Transport ventilator-dependent patients when necessary.

  • RRT or CRT license (Florida or eligible)

  • BLS and ACLS within 30 days of hire

  • PALS within 30 days of hire

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Pay: $30.34 – $41.50/hour

  • Sign-on bonus (case by case)
