About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our acute care team in Kissimmee. In this role, you will provide high-quality respiratory therapy services for patients of all ages, from emergency interventions to ventilator management. Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures across all age groups.
• Manage and operate acute care ventilators for both short- and long-term use.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to develop patient-specific treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the hospital system.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and hospital protocols.
• Provide education to patients and families on respiratory care and treatment options.
• 1+ years of RRT experience required.
• Associate Degree from an AMA-approved respiratory care program.
• Active Florida RRT license (must be obtained before hire).
• BLS certification required.
