Emergency Room Registered Nurse

We are currently hiring Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct patient care in our busy and dynamic ER department. In this role, you’ll assess, stabilize, and treat patients of all ages and acuity levels—from minor injuries to life-threatening conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess incoming patients quickly and accurately

• Administer emergency care and medications per protocol

• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to manage treatment plans

• Provide education to patients and families regarding diagnoses, care, and follow-up

• Document care accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety procedures, and quality standards

Required:

• Active RN license in the state of Florida (or multistate/compact RN license eligible to convert)

• 1+ year of recent acute care ER RN experience

• BLS certification (required before start date)

• ACLS and PALS certifications (within 90 days of hire)

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification (within 90 days of hire)

• Associate Degree or RN Diploma

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• Trauma nursing experience

Schedule Options:

• Flexible Shifts: Day or Night

• 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends
