• Business Analysis – Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, Requirements Documentation; Presentation and Stakeholder Management
• Utility Sector business knowledge and functional expertise especially on Sales and Channel Partner Management for C&I customers

Desired Skills: Web Portal and Digital Experience management, EDI tools, Usage Validation, Technical and Functional Assurance skills

The client is integrating all its business functions into single platforms. Client has chosen a home-grown platform for C&I channel partner management which needs to be integrated and upgraded to meet business needs

• Conducting stakeholders workshops
• Interfacing with product vendor
