ICU Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to critically ill patients in a 1:1 or 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio

• Collect and assess vital patient data to inform care decisions

• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families

• Administer medications and interventions in accordance with clinical protocols

• Work collaboratively with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the broader interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (with Florida endorsement within 60 days)

• 1+ years of recent ICU RN experience in an acute care hospital setting required

• Associate Degree or RN Diploma required (BSN preferred)

• BLS (within 30 days of hire)

• NIH Stroke Scale (within 30 days of hire)

• ACLS and PALS (within 6 months of hire)
