RN – Med Surg – Days/Nights

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to medical-surgical patients

• Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized care plans

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure positive outcomes

• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory standards

• Actively participate in quality improvement and unit-based initiatives

• Active RN license (Compact RN license accepted; Florida license must be applied for if not already held)

• BLS certification required

• Acute care RN experience within the last 3 years (or within the last 5 years if candidate has several years of total RN experience)

• ADN required; BSN preferred

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and customer service skills

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, bending, and moving tasks

• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 6:1 or occasionally 7:1
