Medical Lab Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform lab testing in chemistry, hematology, immunology, and urinalysis

• Accurately report test results and alert providers of critical values

• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment, ensuring sterility and compliance

• Follow all quality control protocols and maintain sample integrity

• Florida Medical Lab Technician (MLT) License (or eligibility) required

• Associate’s degree in a relevant science field preferred

• MLT, ASCP, CPT, or AMT certification required

• Prior lab experience or strong clinicals preferred—new grads welcome
