Physical Therapist – Acute Care

A reputable healthcare organization in Margate, FL is seeking a qualified and motivated Physical Therapist to join their acute care team. This is a full-time opportunity for professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams

• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function

• Educate patients and caregivers on home-based therapies and equipment use

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to ensure optimal recovery

• Prioritize daily caseloads and coordinate staff handoffs when necessary

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida (REQUIRED)

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy

• BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
