Physical Therapist – Acute Care

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans

• Deliver skilled therapeutic care to support rehabilitation goals

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy programs and post-treatment exercises

• Monitor patient progress and modify plans to maximize outcomes

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

• Coordinate daily caseloads and handoffs as needed

• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida (REQUIRED)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy

• BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in an acute care setting
