About the Role
We are hiring a CT Technologist to join a high-acuity imaging team in Aventura, FL. This role involves performing a wide range of diagnostic CT scan procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You'll work closely with radiologists and clinical teams to ensure accurate image acquisition, patient comfort, and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and imaging protocols
Prepare patients for procedures and explain process to alleviate anxiety
Operate CT imaging equipment safely and effectively
Monitor patient condition throughout the exam
Maintain accurate patient documentation and imaging records
Ensure compliance with ALARA principles and safety standards
Registered Radiographer (ARRT) – Required
State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist or CT Technologist – Required
BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in CT imaging – Required
Strong communication and patient care skills
Able to work rotating weekends and flexible hours
