Job description

The CT Technologist performs diagnostic procedures using ionizing radiation in a variety of clinical settings, including the main hospital and FSEDs. This role includes image acquisition, PACS processing, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Available Shifts:

  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

  • Monday – Thursday: 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.

  • Monday – Friday: 11:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

  • Weekend Days @ FSED: Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

  • On-call as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT scans and process images in PACS

  • Prepare patients and maintain accurate records

  • Operate and maintain CT equipment

  • Follow radiation safety protocols

  • Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure quality imaging and patient care

  • Associate Degree or equivalent in Radiological Technology

  • 1 year of CT experience preferred

  • Acute care experience required for FSED roles

  • Valid FL State Radiologic Technologist License

  • ARRT Registered Radiographer

  • Registered in CT

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification

  • Work across multiple clinical settings (hospital and FSEDs)
