Med-Surg Ortho RN

As a Med-Surg Ortho RN, you will:

• Collect comprehensive patient data and conduct clinical assessments.

• Act as a patient safety advocate within an interdisciplinary team.

• Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatments.

• Promote effective care planning and resource utilization.

• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience (acute care preferred; LTAC acceptable).

• Active RN license in Florida or eligibility to obtain.

• BLS required.

• ACLS preferred (required within 6 months of hire).

• BSN preferred.

• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5–1:6
