ICU Registered Nurse

As an ICU RN, you will provide high-acuity care in a fast-paced intensive care unit. You’ll be responsible for managing critically ill patients requiring ventilatory support, continuous telemetry monitoring, and administration of vasoactive medications. This role involves direct patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and education of patients and their families.

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering specialized nursing care to critically ill patients

• Monitoring ventilated patients and managing complex medication regimens

• Supporting patients and families during high-stress situations

• Collaborating with a cohesive nursing team to ensure quality outcomes

• Providing patient education and discharge planning support

• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience in an acute care setting

• Active RN license in Florida (or compact license with application for FL)

• BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of start)

• ACLS certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire)

• BSN preferred

• CCRN certification preferred

Shifts Available:

• Nights (rotating weekends)

• Days (rotating weekends)

• Mixed schedule (rotating weekends)
