Med-Tele Neuro Registered Nurse

As a Med-Tele Neuro RN, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients with neurological and medical-surgical conditions in a telemetry-monitored setting. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, while ensuring patient safety and advocacy at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings

• Create individualized care plans based on data and expected outcomes

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and medications

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members

• Provide care in a fast-paced and supportive environment

• Promote safety, quality, and efficiency in all aspects of patient care

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience required

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Preferred (required within 6 months of hire)

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred

Licensing:

• Active FL RN License or Compact RN License (must apply for FL license if not already obtained)
