Echo Technologist

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Echo Technologist to perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound imaging and assist in Transesophageal Echo (TEE) procedures. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, compassionate, and capable of working in a fast-paced healthcare environment focused on patient care and imaging excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cardiac ultrasound imaging using M-mode, 2D imaging, and color flow Doppler

• Assist physicians during Transesophageal Echo (TEE) procedures

• Follow imaging protocols in accordance with IACEL guidelines

• Organize and prioritize patient flow to ensure efficient department operations

• Maintain equipment and a clean, safe work environment

• Accurately document procedures and communicate findings to physicians

• Provide exceptional care and maintain professional interactions with patients and staff

Education:

• Associate degree or certificate in Echocardiography

Certifications:

• RCS (CCI) or RDCS (ARDMS) required

• BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Experience:

• Open to candidates with required certifications

• Prior experience in echocardiography preferred

Schedule:

• Day shift, Monday–Friday (5x8-hour shifts starting at 7:00 AM)

• Rotating weekend and on-call responsibilities
