Director, Data Center Cost Control Team Lead

The AI Gigascale Construction Cost Manager Lead is responsible for end-to-end cost leadership for large, complex, fast-paced construction programs (e.g., hyperscale/gigascale data center campuses. This role blends best-in-class cost management and controls with scalable, time-to-market–driven delivery methods to improve forecast accuracy, accelerate decision-making, strengthen early risk detection, and increase end-to-end cost transparency. You will establish and run cost controls systems and a team, develop and maintain estimates and forecasts, manage change and contingency, and partner with project leadership, procurement, finance, and delivery teams to drive predictable outcomes. You will also champion responsible use of AI/analytics; building repeatable models, dashboards, and insights that elevate cost performance and governance. NOTE: Work from home/remote with no less than 50% travel.
