Regional Sales Manager, HVAC and Mechanical

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to lead our Technical Solutions sales team across the Detroit–Pittsburgh–Columbus territory. This role will focus on strengthening the existing sales culture while driving growth and managing an established book of business. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in sales leadership, with success in high-value, solution-based (intangible/service) sales, and understands how to align sales and operations to deliver a winning service culture.
