Job description
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including resume screening, interviews, and background checks
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding by gathering feedback and coaching hiring managers
- Represent the company at recruitment events and build brand awareness through marketing and strategic partnerships
- Proactively explore new recruitment channels and sourcing methods to attract top talent
- Maintain strong internal relationships to anticipate hiring needs and continuously refine strategies
- Monitor recruitment performance, stay current with industry trends, and develop a talent pipeline through active and passive sourcing
- Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding and manage partnerships with schools and associations
- 3+ years progressive experience in a talent acquisition role in a corporate environment
- Experience with high-volume recruitment
- Post-secondary degree, diploma or certification in Human Resources Management or related field
- In office role (Bloor/Yonge, Toronto)
