Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Manage issues related to message processing with external customers and partners along with third parties.

2. Working with client on overall planning for the eServices Scrum team and long term taskeffort breakdown. Sprint planning and resource allocation.

3. New technology adoption, frameworks for design and development, validation of toolsets, performance tuning and benchmarking.

Any additional information you would like to share about the project specs/ nature of work: Security planning and management Planning for security requirements and mandates. Working with Enterprise security group and network firewall teams to manage encryption, certificates, firewall rules and DMZ administration.
