HGV II Dustcart Driver

Our client, based in Colchester, are looking for a Class 2 Refuse drivers for an ongoing contract in the Colchester area. The role will involve driving and operating a class 2 refuse vehicle, along with some loading duties as required, throughout the local Colchester area.

This is a Tuesday to Friday role 06:30 to 16:30 with occasional Saturdays due to Bank Holidays.

Qualifications

Driver CPC

HGV II Licence

No DD/DR

No more than 6 PTS

Responsibilities

Collecting household, recycled and green waste from primarily residential address.

Collecting refuse/recycling from requested locations and dispose of at the appropriate waste collection sites (mainly via dustcart but may include other vehicles).

Carrying out daily vehicle inspections and complete appropriate paperwork.

Drive / Load as directed.

This is an excellent opportunity with long term positions available for the right candidate. Permanent opportunities will be available after a qualifying period.

Pay rate is £12.50 p/h
