Walmart Virtual Hiring Event - 9.4.2025 - Experienced Refrigeration/HVAC Technicians

Walmart is expanding our in-house Refrigeration team and looking for experienced Supermarket Rack Refrigeration Technicians to help maintain and support the critical systems that power our stores in Tennessee.

What You’ll Do:

• Repair and maintain Walmart's commercial refrigeration equipment
• Respond to emergency service calls and diagnose issues on-site
• Use hand tools, digital tools, and work order systems to log and complete repairs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA & EPA safety and environmental standards
• Work at heights and lift up to 75 lbs as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial Refrigeration experience
• Experience with large-scale rack refrigeration systems
• EPA Type I, II, or Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• High school diploma or equivalent
