Job description

  1. Responsible for providing support on all operational matters, sales administration processes and paperwork to achieve targets set by the management.
  2. Assist in preparing stamped Open Market Buy Back (OMBB) Agreement, Guarantee Letter and filed according to regulatory requirements.
  3. Ensure all documentations are completed and verified before proceeding for preparation and compilation of statement to farms and HQ finance statement for processing of payment.
  4. Assist Farm Technical team on day-old chick (DOC) placement, feed requisition and delivery.
  5. Seek approval for Purchase Order on the buyback broiler quality, price and condition.
  6. Assist in processing invoices from OMBB farmers, prepare payment advice to be submitted to HQ, process claims and penalties in an accurate and efficient manner.
  7. Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.
  • SPM/STPM or Diploma in any equivalent qualification
