Software Engineer

Job Description :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) from an accredited college or university.

• 5+ years of experience in software industry with at least 3 years in software technical support experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of C++ programming language and of databases/ SQL.

Expected Skillset:

• Hands on programming experience and knowledge of C++, Java, and Oracle

• Ability to work on multiple problems simultaneously

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to assimilate new information, understand complex topics

• Strong familiarity with Linux OS and performance optimizations. Knowledge of Linux internals and administration is highly desired

• Robust understanding of database technologies and performance optimization

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Experience with Scrum/ Agile development,

• Self-starter who is motivated to learn and is at ease working as part of a team of highly talented professionals
