Excellent Communication.
Extensive OPS experience working in Operations center, NOC etc..
Good knowledge on Wintel Platform and Windows Infrastructure.
Work experience with any of the Microsoft O365 products preferably Microsoft Lync, Skype for Business & Exchange.
Good troubleshooting skills and debugging skills on Infra, O365 and networking.
Experience with PowerShell, should be able to quickly debug issues and be able to write simple scripts when needed.
