Job description
· 12-18 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance for US markets
· Experience in two or more of the business areas covering policy management, Claims, and sales and distribution
· Experience with personal and commercial lines of business. Subject matter expertise (SME) in policy or claims areas is must.
· Ability to analyze business processes, process gaps with documentations and identification of improvements areas. Ability to lead/execute consulting engagement
· Experience in requirement management, workshop handling and customer relationship management with business heads/CXOs
· Hands on experience on use cases/BRD and other project artifacts related to requirement management, process improvements.
· Experience on SDLC and agile methodologies.
· Exposure to emerging technologies trends and its adoption within insurance industry
· Thought leadership in areas of insurance trends, best practices, process optimization areas
