• 3+ years of Application Development in an Oracle11i Financials environment
• 3+ years of experience with BPEL development
• 3+ years of Oracle Forms
• 3+ years of PL/SQL
• 4 years of Oracle 11i Financials Implementation Experience
• 5+ years of DOD Financial Process
• 3+ years experience Java J2EE or J2SE Development
• 3+ years Oracle Reports/BI Publisher
