The Sr. BA needs to be a leader and has to have experience in driving the business requirements process…This person will likely be called the Requirements Manager if they truly qualify. The leadership part is really a personality trait…you'll know it when you see it.

• ·         They both need to have solid healthcare experience (things like working with or for CMS on a healthcare project)
• ·         Experience with Service Orientated Architecture
• ·         Medicare / Medicaid experience is a plus
• ·         BA / BSA experience is a must
• ·         UAT Experience is a must
• ·         STRONG COMMUNICATION IS A MUST
• ·         Experience interacting with the architects/designers to assess feasibility of converting requirements into technical designs.
• ·         Lastly, they both should clearly understand want a traceability matrix is and should have created one themselves.
