Title: PeopleSoft FSCM BA-Albany,NY-24 Months # J18691/020850
Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 24 Months
Day to Day Tasks
1) Perform as a lead PeopleSoft functional business analyst, who can perform functional analysis and system configurations under the supervision of FMIS supervisors.
2) Conduct meetings with Finance users to obtain the requirements and generate the functional specification documents.
3) Provide production support including issue resolution in a timely manner.
4) Prioritizes, assign and monitors individual team member tasks.
5) Communicate with users to gather requirements for projects and enhancements to the production system.
6) Perform functional analysis and estimates for enhancement requests.
7) Perform complete lifecycle testing and document the code changes.
8) Perform tuning for slow running processes.
9) Monitor batch processes and resolve the issues.
10) Provide functional leadership for system analysis and design activities.
11) Provide weekly Status reports.
12) Documentation of software changes.
13) Perform the PeopleSoft code reviews as per the WCB coding standards.
14) Modifications to PeopleSoft interfaces with the existing WCB systems
Candidates should have at least 84 Months experience, and below should apply
- 84+ months of experience as a PeopleSoft FSCM business analyst (of which at least 36 months of in a project lead role in implementation projects, production support environments and mentoring the others with less experience).
- 60+ months of functional system configuration experience in billing, receivable, payables, asset management, inventory and general ledger modules using PeopleSoft FSCM (of which at least 36 months experience in using PeopleSoft FSCM 9.0 or higher) and PeopleTools 8.4x or higher.
- At least 36+ months of experience in a full life cycle implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM 9 or higher.
- 84+ months of experience in gathering business requirements and developing functionalspecifications.
- 72+ months of experience in PeopleCode, SQR, SQL, nVision, Crystal Reports
- 84+ months of professional experience in generating test scripts, test data and supporting system testing and user acceptance testing using PeopleSoft FSCM 8.4 or higher.
- 36+ months of experience leading design sessions with users, writing design documents and writing technical specifications.
