Location:  Albany, NY

Duration: 24 Months

This project is to provide a common development platform and central coordination for facility-based application modification and consolidation.

This position serves as the lead technical expert, as part of an integrated team to:

• Design, modify and implement enterprise-wide C# .Net applications that follow the OMH System Development Lifecycle and adhere to OMH technical architectural standards.
• Design and build applications that reflect OMH business requirements as defined by business owners.
• Utilize Agile framework during application development to gather, prioritize and implement product requirements.
• Develop the logical database design using Oracle tables to house data and procedures/scripts for business logic.
• Utilize Microsoft Team Foundation Server to house application code, and to create work requests and assign tasks to developers.
• Manage development team including prioritizing requirements, detailing programming tasks, assigning programming tasks and updating work status documents.
• Manage deployment of the application components through DEV/QA/PROD environments.
• Build business and presentation layers to meet the business requirements of assigned projects.

Candidates should have at least 84 Months experience, and the following should apply:

Demonstrated work experience programming in C# in the Microsoft .net framework.

Demonstrated work experience using the AGILE framework with SCRUM methodology to prioritize 

Demonstrated experience with ASP, ASP.NET, MVC , Javascript, JQuery, XML, HTML, XHTML

Demonstrated experience with Oracle 9 or 10g, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Packages, Views including application report development

Demonstrated knowledge of developing proof of concept applications

Demonstrated experience with Active Directory, Windows Authentication, LDAP

Demonstrated experience in leading an IT team using a Software Development Life Cycle to analyze, design, code, test, implement and document technical solutions.

Demonstrated work experience using Agile framework with Scrum methodology to prioritize product backlog, assign tasks to developers and demonstrate application development to product/business stakeholders.

Bachelors Degree A copy of the degree must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form
