Washington, D.C. office is seeking an associate with 4-7 years of experience in advising public companies on securities regulation and corporate governance matters. Qualified candidates must have experience advising on Exchange Act disclosure and filing requirements. Strong academic credentials and research and writing skills are required. Experience working at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or experience with stock exchange listing standards, institutional investor and proxy advisory firm guidelines and governance best practices is preferred.
