Banking and Finance Associate

We have a great opportunity for a  Banking & Finance Associates with 3 to 5 years of strong deal experience at the New York office of a top law firm with a significant leveraged finance, project finance or similar finance practice. The ideal candidates will have worked representing large institutional and investment banking clients. Note, general Corporate experience is not ideal and a solid finance background is a must.  The client base is primarily major New York offices of international financial institutions, so work demands are very robust.
