Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Great NH Community Support Program is seeking a full-time Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. The APRN in this role will provide clinical leadership to a multi-disciplinary treatment team that treats chronically mentally ill adults.

This position is primarily a direct clinical care position with some administrative duties in the outpatient setting. This provider will see routine follow-up patients for medication and mental health assessment as well as provide for initial and updated psychiatric evaluations.

You will work closely with Psychiatrists, other APRN’s, and nursing staff Monday through Friday with weekends and holidays off.

$95K $115K, Plus Full Benefits Package
