Job description:

  • "Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution."
  • phone soft skills, troubleshooting, service desk experience a plus, understand of computers and their operating systems
  • A degree (2 or 4 year) in a technical related field

  • Will be providing support via phone, email and chat.
  • Experience working in a service desk previously is a plus.
  • Looking to a technical background and a candidate who is engaged and is ready to learn.
