- "Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution."
- phone soft skills, troubleshooting, service desk experience a plus, understand of computers and their operating systems
- A degree (2 or 4 year) in a technical related field

- Experience working in a service desk previously is a plus.
