We are recruiting for AM & PM Shift Call Center Customer Service Representatives in Canton, MA. Apply Today!
*AM Shift – 9:30AM to 05:00PM (Mon – Fri)
*PM Shift Hours: 06:00 PM to 11:00PM (Mon – Thu), and 12:00PM to 6:00PM (Sat)
*Opportunity for extra hours are Friday nights and Sunday day shifts!
Successful Call Center Customer Service Representative candidates should have the following skills:
- Excellent verbal skills, personable over the phone, reliable and able to provide outstanding customer service.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns
- Solution driven and excellent customer service both internally and externally
- Team player and ability to adapt quickly to the needs of a busy call center
What you will need to have to be a successful Call Center Customer Service Representative:
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a team environment
** Must successfully pass a background check and drug test **
