Contract duration: 4-6 months
Job Description:
Description & requirements:
- Recruitment and talent acquisition concentrated in Information Technology; compliance with labor laws and governmental and industry regulations.
- Recruitment, sourcing and management of multiple requisitions; engage with hiring managers, effectively sell American Water value proposition.
- Preferred experience with Success Factors Applicant Tracking system
- Demonstrated experience in internet sourcing in IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and applications
Manager’s Note:
- This is an immediate fill.
- Looking for an experienced, proven IT Recruiter who can build relationships with managers as well as interact with senior leadership.
- Looking for a candidate who is adaptable, can hit the ground running, and work well independently.
- Open to agency or corporate experience.
- Experience with SuccessFactors preferred but not a requirement.
- Interviews will be a 2 step process.
