Job description:

  • Responsible for responding to customer inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Responsible for addressing customer concerns efficiently and completely via the telephone and correspondence as appropriate.
  • This will be a call center type position- making outbound calls for scheduling purposes for their field staff.
  • They will also be taking some in bound calls for the same reason & backing up the two full times employees as needed – dealing with billing questions, setting up new accounts, & general customer service questions.

Required Skills:

  • Personal computing experience, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Two (2) years of experience in related business environment and customer service.
  • SAP experience preferred.

Required Certification/Education:

  • High School Diploma or state recognized Educational/Equivalency Certificate
