Position Details:

Job Title: Technical Writer 

Location: Raleigh, NC

Duration: 11+ months

Job Description:

· This temporary staff position is required to document the discussions, create process, create procedure manuals, and develop training programs supporting the integration of the ASDF, IdMSI, Multi-Factor, and overall Secure Sign-on initiatives.

· The contractor will be expected to produce process documents; informational documents, flow-charts and diagrams. Consumers will be IT Support Staff, Business People and different levels of management. Documentation will cover current state, transition information and future state. State government experience is a plus, but not required.

· The technical writer will be expected to heavily use the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with Microsoft Visio for diagrams.

· What Skill Sets are required?

· Knowledge of Identity Management terms/concepts

· Expert knowledge with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint

· Mid-level knowledge of Microsoft Visio/SharePoint

· Years of experience required:

· 3-5 year
