Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Inventory management, including allocation of seed lots to customer orders and recommendations regarding destroy or credit of inventory.
- Timely placement of intercompany transfer orders ensuring inventory is available to meet forecasted sales.
- Import and export of orders, ensuring all documentation meets import requirements and export compliance regulations.
- Receipt of inventory and release for internal customers for processing.
- Capturing/storage of all information, documentation and certifications related to quality management in Logistics in the designated systems to ensure accessibility
- Responsible for processing and monitoring customer’s orders and administrative tasks (i.e customer creation), ensuring proper invoicing, giving/working closely with logistics team and dealing with sales support activities.
- Responsible for ensuring phytosanitary standards and documentation requirements are met for shipments and issuing of phytosanitary certifications in close collaboration with the local NPPO. Collection, administration and processing of data, and analysis of customer sales as input for customer sales terms, prices, fees, etc.
- First point of contact for our internal (Enza) customers regarding Enza Zaden products, sales terms, prices, current and future ordering status, availability and expected delivery times, custom clearance or phytosanitary requirements.
- Responsible for solving problems in the order flow, and providing feedback to internal and external parties concerned
- Execution of sales support activities, providing support to demand planning (i.e. support and follow-up of forecast planning), and performing all other duties as assigned.
- Responsibilities of renewal of Business Permits in the Organization - Mayor Permit & Business, Bureau of Customs Certificate, and BPI License

Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field At least 3 years experience in the related position is required. Must be willing to work in Quezon City
