Senior Product & Software Testing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Test Case Design: Create comprehensive test cases and scripts to address business and technical use cases.

• Test Execution: Execute manual tests, track defects, and ensure that all identified issues are properly documented and communicated to the development team.

• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for the QA process, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports.

• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other team members to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.

• Quality Assurance: Follow and implement best practices and standards for software testing to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Experience minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT (Quality Assurance) and software testing or related fields.

• Proven experience in creating, executing, and maintaining test cases, including test plans and strategies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with database testing.

• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.

• Experience in Robot Framework/ Python/ SQL/ Unix / Shell Script/ Postman
