Job Description:

The Senior Designer prepares all stages of technological project documentation, ensuring quality and compliance. Communicates with authorities to streamline permitting. Collaborates with managers to optimize costs and support tender document reviews.

• Prepares technological parts of project documentation in all required stages (DÚR, DSP, TD, RD), with all the requisites, is responsible for their completeness and quality in accordance with the instructions of the project manager, client, current CTP standards and specifications of the project.
• Communicates with authorities and optimizes projects to eliminate lengthy permitting processes.
• In cooperation with project managers and building managers, optimises the project concept in terms of investment and operating costs in the long term.
• Participates in meetings with clients, collects documents and information necessary for the creation of project documentation and is responsible for their incorporation.
• Provides support to the Project Manager and Purchasing Manager in the preparation and review of tender documents; checks compliance of tenders with project documentation.
