岗位职责
1.    项目全流程管理
制定完整的项目开发计划
管理跟踪新项目开发需求、进度和范围，管理项目周期内的工程变更
确保项目开发按照预定时间进行
2.    负责公司内部沟通以及对外客户接口工作
跨部门协调和资源调配，同时内部跟进、协调多部门协作，管理客户需求与内部状态，确保项目按计划执行
3.    风险管理与问题解决
识别项目风险，推动项目中问题点改善执行
4.    根据客户要求以及公司项目管理流程，输出客户端及内部项目文件
5.    应对客户及三方审核
6.    完成领导交办的其他任务
