Job Description

Sales Representative are responsible for promoting and selling products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. The role involves managing customer accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring product visibility and availability. Sales reps also gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity, and provide feedback to the marketing and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Ensure timely product delivery and optimal shelf placement.

• Conduct regular store visits to monitor stock levels and merchandising.

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirement

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field and especially for FMCG product category.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
